Human trafficking / modern slavery - a Balkan perspectibe

Calling all abolitionists in North Wales!

We’ve recently been made aware of an exciting event taking place in Colwyn Bay this coming Monday – and YOU are invited!

Here’s the invitation:

Dear Friends,

I am writing to invite you to a meeting on Monday September 7th at 7pm at Prince’s Drive Baptist Church, Colwyn Bay.

As we are all aware of the serious and deepening crisis concerning migrants southern Europe, and the ongoing issues of human trafficking and modern slavery, it is so important that people of faith are informed and therefore able to pray about these situations …

On Monday Sept 7th we will be hosting Mr Marko Stupar, from Belgrade in Serbia, who is actively involved in community initiatives and especially in anti-human trafficking work in the Balkans.

Marko is a young and very compassionate man who is reaching out and making a difference! He is well informed about the current situation in that region of Europe and will be sharing about his work.

Please join us! There will be an opportunity for questions and prayer.
For details about the evening, please contact Ali Ussery : ali.ussery15@gmail.com or tel. 07870241618

PLEASE WOULD YOU HELP US BY PASSING THIS INVITATION TO YOUR CHURCH SECRETARY AND OTHER PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN COMING?

With thanks

Ali Ussery

It’s great to see awareness raising happening across the nation of Wales, and great to be networking with other Christians. Please do attend if you can.
